Users and Permissions
Users, admins and owners with their own permissions. Everyone sees only their own projects and files, pages are protected against being overwritten.
Roles
User, admin or owner: permissions are assigned per person. A user sees only their own projects and files, admins manage the team, owners see everything.
No overwriting
Whoever opens a page sees at once if someone else is already working in it. The session can be taken over, even without admin rights. A page can optionally be locked.
Work in parallel
Several people work on an issue at the same time, each on their own page. The state of every page is visible at any moment.
Roles and permissions
Every person gets their own access with individually assignable permissions, so editorial, design and approval stay clearly separated. That makes it possible to work on issues in parallel without blocking each other.
Nothing gets lost
Whoever opens a page sees that someone else is working in it, and can take over the session, even without admin rights. A page can optionally be locked. Every change is versioned and can be restored.
