The form sits right on the page, where the interest arises. Enquiries need no external form and no change of page.
Put fields together freely
Text, email, phone number, website, number, date, long text, dropdown, single choice, checkbox and subheading. Per field: required or optional, a placeholder, half or full width.
Everything in one place
Every submission is stored in Novamag and also sent by email to up to three addresses. Search, filter and export them as CSV.
A form that fits the magazine
Eleven field types from text to checkbox, plus subheadings for longer forms. Fields take the full or half width, which makes for compact contact, sign-up and feedback forms.
All submissions in the project
The Submissions button brings up every answer in the project: search them, filter by unread and read, and export them as a CSV file. A number on the button shows how many are still unread.
GDPR-compliant, with no captcha at all
Consent is a required field in every form and links automatically to the magazine’s privacy policy. Built-in spam protection keeps automated submissions out, with no captcha for readers.
Form widget in three steps
Add the widget
Drag the form widget from the Interactive category onto the page and enter up to three email addresses under “Send submissions to”.
Create the fields
Use “Add field” to add the fields you need, mark them as required and set their order by drag and drop.
Adjust the texts
Change the button text, confirmation message and consent text if needed. Left empty, the form shows standard texts in the language of the issue.
