Yes. The credit belongs to the Novamag account and is available to every user. Once it runs out, a new package can be booked.
You can switch at any time. All content stays fully intact.
The licence renews automatically for the booked term (1 or 12 months). Cancellation is done independently in Novamag and takes effect at the end of the current term.
