Paying for your licence is easy and secure - you can choose between credit card, SEPA direct debit or invoice.

You decide whether you want to pay for your licence monthly or annually:

• If you pay monthly, the regular price applies and you remain particularly flexible.
• If you opt for annual billing, you will automatically receive a price advantage of up to 20% compared to monthly payment.

For customers who are planning for the long term, we also offer 2, 3 or 5-year term models. With these extended terms, you also benefit from an attractive term discount that ensures an even more favourable overall price.

This gives you the freedom to choose the payment method and term that best suits your project and budget.

The specified number of issues describes how many issues you can create in your account - regardless of whether they are published or inactive. This means, for example, that you can create three magazines with one issue each or one magazine with three issues.

As soon as you have reached your issue limit, you can either delete an old issue or add another issue.

Additional issues can only be added to the Starter or Professional plan, not the Free plan.

In the tariff overview, you can see at a glance which functions are included in the individual licences. The symbols help you to quickly recognise the differences:

• ✔ - This feature is already included in the respective tariff and can be used directly. You don't need to activate or book anything else.
• ✖ - This feature is not available in this licence. To use it, you can switch to a higher tariff if required.
• Add-on available - This labelling means that the feature can be booked as an option.

Add-ons generally apply to all issues of a team, so they do not have to be activated individually for each magazine.

This allows you to extend your rate flexibly and only activate the additional functions that you really need.

Yes, you can switch between the different plans at any time.

When you use Novamag for the first time, you automatically get access to the Professional plan and can test it free of charge for 14 days. During this time, all functions are available to you without restriction.

If you switch to the Free plan after the trial period, all content beyond the limits of the Free plan will be deactivated, but not deleted.

Only

• one issue (the issue that was created first),
• the first ten pages of this issue
• and one user in the team (the "owner"),

All other issues, users and pages remain saved and are archived. These can be reactivated at any time during a later upgrade.

This allows you to test Novamag risk-free and continue your projects at any time without losing data.

Yes, you can assign your digital magazine its own domain or subdomain - for example magazin.meinefirma.de.

The setup is done via the DNS settings of your domain provider.

Complete offline availability is currently not possible, as our digital magazines work with links, videos and animations - content that cannot be displayed correctly outside the browser.

However, you can print individual pages. The static content(text and images) will be output.

We are currently working on a solution that will allow you to create and download printable PDFs of your magazines.

In addition, we are already considering offering exports that can be hosted in the future, which can be saved locally or made available on your own servers.

All content is processed in compliance with the GDPR and stored on secure servers within the EU.

Customers retain full rights to their own content at all times, and access is protected by individual logins and role-based authorisations.

Each user has their own access to the team account.

Clearly defined roles - from owner to admin and user to editor - determine exactly who is authorised to perform which actions.

In the dashboard, you will also find an activity overview where you can see which projects have been worked on recently. This keeps collaboration transparent and secure.

Licences can be cancelled or extended at the end of the selected term.

After cancellation, access to the projects is retained, but they are switched offline and can no longer be edited or changed.

If the licence is reactivated or extended, they can be released and continued at any time.

Your digital magazines are hosted reliably and securely - with us, you don't need to set up or maintain your own server infrastructure.

We store and manage your content exclusively on servers within the European Union.

The following standards apply:

• Storage and delivery via modern content delivery networks (CDNs) for fast loading times and availability. 
• A binding availability ("uptime") of around 99.97 %. 
• Hourly backups, multiple backup locations and fast restore options to optimally protect your content. 
• Full compliance with GDPR data protection requirements, including transparent data processing and no collection of readers' personal data. 

In short: you can concentrate fully on your content - we take care of hosting, security and updates.
