What to expect:
- You advise and support our customers fully, from the briefing to the final project implementation and show them how to create a perfect digital look with their project
- You are responsible for the entire process, from consulting to conception and implementation of the customer's project
- You are responsible for the information and communication of various ongoing projects both internally and externally as a contact person for customers, agencies & publishers
- You organize and lead digital workshops and trainings for our new customers and thus guarantee a successful onboarding process
- You actively shape our growth strategy and drive activities in the areas of marketing, sales and internal process optimization
- You identify optimization potentials for the further development of our software and work closely with the developer team
What you bring in:
- You feel at home in the tech and startup world and are very familiar with the needs of a digital target group
- You have a high affinity for digital and ideally already have work experience in the field of digital media/technologies and/or project management
- You have a strong hands-on mentality and are highly motivated to help out in a startup and work together as a team to transform your ideas into reality
- You enjoy working in a fast-changing environment with flexible structures
- Ideally, you are skilled in the programs of the Adobe CreativeCloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and have a strong sense of design
- You are a strong communicator and confident in dealing with customers and always maintain an overview, even under time pressure
- Reliability, solution-oriented action and a high quality standard for your work are among your strengths
